hosting ability enabled her to win the role of Facilitator at the “2008
Montgomery County Media Arts Festival.”
General Electric Co. selected TDV’s Paula Lin to voice the English translations of Chinese female sound bites for its “Beijing’s Pride” video about the 2008 Olympics in China. “Being of Chinese ancestry myself, I was thrilled to be even a little part of the latest Olympics, particularly in what I do for a living,” Paula said.
At the 2008 Lunar New Year Event in metro DC, Paula Lin was honored to be a special guest speaker. The topic? Accolades for the State Farm and Organization of Chinese Americans sponsorship of “The Entrepreneur Empowerment Program.”
Paula was recognized as a top finalist in the 2009 and 2007 Voice Over Victory contests. News about the competition results were featured in http://www.VoiceOverXtra.com. Paula focused on making lemonade out of lemons in the face of daunting challenges during her voice over career.
